What We Do

SAIL Home offers information and support to families and individuals having difficulty navigating the emotional and practical realities of supporting a loved one toward independence . 

SAIL HOME FOUNDATION partners with local service agencies to provide appropriate within-home care supports that fit the needs and goals of each individual, ensuring the residents participate in tasks of daily living (cooking, cleaning, etc.) and activities within the community such as work, participation in sports, and day programmes.

SAIL HOME FOUNDATION advocates for the needs and supports necessary for individuals with disabilities to live fully, happily and safely within a community setting.

SAIL HOME FOUNDATION is a housing resource centre for families and individuals.  We will work with families, individuals, realtors, contractors and landlords to secure appropriate housing for individuals, or a cohort of two or more.  We also offer support by negotiating with landlords and contractors to ensure affordable costs.
